Oktoberfest Gratitude!
The Roots & Wings Foundation would like to thank our volunteers, supporters, guests, and donors for making Oktoberfest 2007 an overwhelming success. We raised over $60,000 for our mission. This will enable us to continue serving our current clients with the hope of adding an additional client to our program. The Oktoberfest was held on Friday, October 26th, at The Villa in Mountain Lakes. With German costume and decor, the committee members captured the ambiance of the traditional celebration. Guests enjoyed tasting beer while perusing the hundreds of donated auction items. Delicious German fare and traditional music completed the night. |
